This was my first time at Scub Depot. I had an excellent experience with sales lady Stefania. Very warm in person and knowledgeable of the product material brands and sizing. She seemed to provide me with items that suited me. I found that very helpful since first walking in the doors I felt overwhelmed with choices and didn't even know where to begin. Stefania pointed me to all the choices perfect with me. I'm a nurse and will definitely be returning. Thank you

Unbelievable experience! Never shopped at this store before, but this store was highly recommended by one of my coworker, so last Friday I rushed to grab a new pair of pants and scrub t-shirts for myself. The lady with the glasses served me in a very professional way, explained me patiently, showed the variety they carry in the store. I loved this one to one customer service, no rush, loved the experience I had, will certainly go back!

The staff here were absolutely amazing.. I dealt with both Ore and Courtney at this location as well as another staff member at the Vancouver location. I can't say enough great things about this store!! I've been looking for a difficult item to find and found it at this store. If you are looking for something but don't see it on their website or in store, speak to Ore and ask if he can order it in, chances are that he can. They were more than helpful and very informative. Excellent service all the way around!! I will definitely be back!! Thank you again for all of your help, much appreciated!! : )))
