Buying from Royale has been a disaster. So many deficiencies and they are not getting resolved. Every day they promise to arrive and have it fixed, on that same day they always say it will be the next day. They have been doing this for 6 months. I rearrange my work day to be home and they bail. Terrible. We have purchased new from other developers before with absolutely incredible service and quality. To bad not all developers are the same...

George, Nick and Anthony, the service team at Gabriola Park, have been very attentive, friendly and professional when a problem arose. Any new home will have a few issues but ours were minor and fixed quickly. I recommend Royale Properties as a builder and would buy again from them!
