Went to visit Rona and Jysk. Needed to get a few things for a twitch stream that I was setting up. The store is kept clean, the staff was helpful with a few questions we had and we found what we needed in a timely manner. Can't really think of any large improvements. If I had to make one observation maybe occasional employee banter visible/audible. But part of it is work related so like I said nothing bad or wrong going on.

Worst customer care.. I've been standing here to return something from 20 min and there is no one at the counter.. pathetic.. only one lady totaling at phone.. sad
I would highly compliment Ted at appliance department for his professionalism and dedication to customer service. We purchased an apartment style washers and dryer combo. Finding a stacking kit for our particular model was a constant challenge. Ted went extra mile for is and took it upon himself to find the right part by contacting the manufacturer. We felt valued as customers.
Nice experience in this Rona location. The staff are welcoming and helpful. I inquired from an elderly staff in the garden area. And he patiently showed me direction and usage instructions. Really warm and kind. Also the staff at other areas are helpful too. Just hope there could be more promotional sales : )
