Never having been to a pawn brokers before, I didn't know what to expect. They took a lot of my personal information during the transaction but, all things considered, I get it. I'd certainly do business here again, if the need arose, after getting a fair enough deal for what I was looking to sell. Oh, and after spending some time there waiting, I realize that the resell prices are quite decent. Might have to go back to buy a laptop

I have been a customer of Roaths Pawn Shop for well over a decade. They are an amazing multi generational family owned business. They are a pawn shop, but they also have a gold smith in house. They do loans, they buy gold, they do repairs and re sizing, they do appraisals and more! They offer fair loan amounts, and fair interest rates. Their jewellery they sell is always priced competitively- I always buy there, jewellery stores are always marked up at insane prices why buy there when you can get a much nicer piece of jewellery for much less money. The gold smith does amazing work, and o never wait long for my repairs. Today it took him 3 hours to complete my re-sizing! As for the price, I had a similar job done recently somewhere else and it was more than 3 times the price I was charged at Roaths. I knew the price wasn’t right at the other place but I was unaware at the time that Roaths had an in house smith. They are now my go to for repairs and re sizing. I recommend Roaths to anyone and everyone. Fair, affordable and friendly. You won’t be disappointed!

Roath's is awesome, a family owned business, they're fair and do their best to try work with you when you keep the line of communication open. Prices are fair and I love being able to e-transfer payments, makes it extremely convenient. This is the only shop I deal with. Kyle is a rock star!
