My boat sunk in salt water. I had RCB take apart 17 water soaked boat cushions. I rinsed 50 pcs. of foam in fresh water, dried them and returned them to RCB for reassembly. They were professional from quoting all the way to delivery. All communication was accurate, prompt and there were no surprises.

Fantastic place. I called there mid morning looking to have some foam cut to add to seats of two booster chairs. I need a very quick turn around. The lady that answered the phone was very friendly and understanding. I dropped one of the chairs off, finalized what was to be done and was off. An unforeseen problem came up, I received a call explaining the issue and what the course of action would be to resolve it. A few hours later I received a call saying they were done. I couldn't be happier with the results, job well done. I highly recommend RCB Upholstery.

One of the worst businesses I have ever worked with. I had Pali (the owner) do windows on my boat, the stitching was falling off after a few weeks and was poorly done. I also had him quote on our 31' sea ray , doing a foam mattress on our boat and some bow cushions. Without looking at any details, he quoted us 8,000 for doing this. We shopped the quote around and competitors were priced at around 2,500 for the same products and actually reviewing details. He had a 25% off sign at the boat show and when we verbally asked the lady at the boat show she said the quote would be around 3,000 and gave us a 25% off coupon and asked us to email Pali. When we did, he sent back an email saying for us to go somewhere else to get this done. I don't know how he has been in business these many years, but with an attitude and poor work ethic like that, I don't expect they'll be around for long. Steer clear of Pali, RCB Upholstery and The Foam Warehouse. Just bad news all around.
