As a doctor, I feel it is crucial to get coaching. I believe all diseases ultimately has a psychic origin, beginning with our mind/ego/inner self. This is either consciously or most likely, subconsciously and can cause an imbalance emotionally and energetically which can leave a physical effect on our body in the form of illness and disease such as cancer. The benefits of working with a well-trained coach like Alana are literally life saving. She has selflessly attended numerous courses and has earned her PhD in coaching.
