Do not support businesses that ship through Purolator. It is the most inconvenient shipping company to pick up a parcel from. They never try to deliver if you're home, they just leave a slip. On the slip they stamp that they're open on Saturday, but they're not. If you work Monday to Friday, you can't pick up your parcel. When you can pick up the parcel, you have to commute halfway across town to get to a parcel center. Do not support business that ship through Purolator.

Friendly staff and quick service at this location. My only con is that they can't give you used boxes or stuffing paper .i would recommend this store for shipping anything .
I just want to express my utmost dissatisfaction with the service from Purolator. My package was delivered to the wrong pick up location. When asking for clarification from the driver over the phone since I wasn't home to receive my package he abruptly said to check the address on the delivery tag. I went to the location stamped on the delivery tag to only find out it was at the wrong location. I was only hold for over an hour, this is not an exaggeration to talk to a customer service representative, who wasn't very helpful. When I expressed my dissatisfaction about my experience and that I would like to file a complaint, he just brushed it off and said it was not a valid reason to file a complaint as it's not the driver's fault. He continues to explain that the driver attempts to drop off the package at the location on the delivery tag but might not always be able to drop it off. Not only did it not make sense but he kept talking in circles as I was trying to point out how irrational it sounds that the driver attempts but if he doesn't then it gets dropped off at the main station. When I asked how would I know about the sudden change, he responded by saying that it is my responsibility to check the website to see the updated status of my package... Then what is the point of the delivery tag? After going back and forth with the customer representative, he said he would resend the package from the main station to the location I had gone to originally, however, not to my surprise, my package is still at the main station. I don't think I have experienced such an awful experience. If I had a choice, Purolator would not receive my business.
Omg...the most terrible delivery service I’ve ever experienced. You need a lawyer on standby dealing with these guys. No one has emailed me back about my issue and hoping to sue.
Their driver did not knock on my door left package and ran , then they drove over my lawn and dug it up, and now the crowd and birds have started to rip up the grass because worms are exposed. And purolator has no returned my calls !!!! I got video and pictures of this !!!!!! Called purlator was told the driver would be comkng to see me to fix it, no one ever did, have emailed them now let's see what happens (jan 20 2020)
