Good food. Average customer service. Tried to confirm my order as it was a large order and the staff didn't bother hearing my order properly. Instead she was just like yeah, cutting me halfway through and showed the bag towards me. Sure enough my tartar sauce was missing.

I ordered 2 chicken burger combos, prawn platter and a bunch of sides. This is by far the worst I've eaten of this type of food. The onion rings/fries and burger were drenched in oil. It was so greasy that the stomach ache begins right after you eat. The order came via Ubereats (we thought we will try a new place) and packaging was so poor. It was as if someone packed it and then stomped on it. The fries were stuck to the paper and flat, compact mess of oil and food. There was 8 pieces of shrimp that tasted rubbery and dry. I don't like to give bad reviews, but my husband and I are still sick the next day. Won't order from here again most likely. Good luck to this restaurant.
I had the honour of being able to be one of the first to try THE Famous Chicken Sandwich which has finally come to the lower mainland. Wow, it really is amazing. Super crunch, juicy, amazing taste, perfect bun. The spicy one has a super kick. The regular one just a good taste. For me is is the best fast food chicken sandwich hands down.
I have ordered 9 pieces of chicken with fries instead of biscuits, i got old fries these were totally soggy and very small fries. Service is very poor and they will give you old food which will be totally soggy. I have increased two more stars as i got a call from manager and she told me that time they were usually busy, she wanted me to try once again and review my comment so my son got it again this time food was fresh as they took some time to make it fresh. They gave me 9 pieces of chicken and fries again without any cost. I might change it to 5 stars in future if i will get Same kind of service without posting any review.
Fried chicken, can't go wrong. What I love is that the gravy has chicken in it. The chicken sandwich lived up to the hype. Biscuits and honey is life changing. Sides are always good. Solid place for fried chicken.
