PODS was able to supply us with a storage unit within days of our request to meet our initial storage needs but a month later, when we needed to have our clients furniture brought back they weren't able to do so for over 2 weeks! We ended up having to send a moving company to their yard to retrieve the contents of the storage unit. The wait times for customer service were over an hour! Additionally, they didnt have the proper insurance coverage in order to get a permit from our local municipality for the container to be left on the street. Wont be using them again

I won't speculate here as to your driver's mental status first thing in the morning right after a Thanksgiving long weekend, just look at the damage he did. He claims he didn't see what was happening, apparently a flashing red light post wasn't visible enough - and it appears checking to see what each wheel of the pod is up to is not standard procedure? But you can clearly see in the security camera footage that he has a clear view of the damage he's causing as he starts to cause it, then he just continues anyway. He then tried to fill in the hole *before* taking his own photos, so, my photos are the the most accurate ones. All the while he's blocking two neighbour's driveways and our own for 23 minutes on a weekday at 7:30AM (not counting the address he was actually servicing), one neighbour had to leave the cul-de-sac in reverse to get his kids to school on time, it was the only way they could get out of their driveway. There has to be a better way of running your business that doesn't require breaking 3 bylaws (blocking driveways, blocking the street, going the wrong way on a one-way street) and adding yet another job to someone else's day just to get your job done.
You must make an account to book and confirm your pod, but you cannot make any changes or cancel your pod online. Wait time to contact customer service is 45-60 minutes. Doesn't seem customer oriented whatsoever. Run. Edit: As you can see by their response, you are run in circles. The link below given as a response by the owner puts you back to the regular website where there is no option to cancel your booking. Online chat is a robot, and as i said before, its an hour wait on hold. I did the call back feature with no response. Hey owner, i left a message trying to cancel. you responded here quick, could you cancel my order while your at it?
Extremely unreliable service. Even though it was confirmed the day before they refused to move 1 of our 2 PODS (it only got done because the driver Steve organized it). On removal the other driver hit our house. Then the company became IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of, and each call employee would pacify you and no one would ever actually helped with anything. Apart from the driver Steve was one of the worst customer service experiences ever. Do NOT recommend!
