Called multiple times to have someone come and take a look at a dishwasher and dryer that weren't working properly... Nearly a month later and I still haven't recieved a call back. They obviously aren't interested in new customers because they turned up a 1000 bill.

Our Kitchenaid dishwasher suddenly stopped working, no lights on. Called Peace Arch Appliances and got through to Mark right away. He said he was in the area and could be there in 15 minutes. A switch needed to be replaced. Mark was pleasant, professional and I felt really comfortable with his expertise. No extra charge for same day call and service, and the cost was less than expected. I will definitely call Mark again for any appliance problems!
