This Taxi service has to be in the top 5 for Frazer Valley service. The dispatcher was clear and concise and asked for the information from me twice to make sure all was correct. I was then told taxi will be at my very rural address in 15 to 20 minutes. The taxi driver called me at the 15 minute mark to tell me he was at my front gate. Great service. They've got my future business for sure.

Driver was at my place within a few short minutes after booking. He was also friendly and efficient. I was running late to be somewhere, so he got me to my destination ASAP. This was my first experience with Pacific Cabs Langley and i will continue to use them. Excellent service!!
Very curtious drivers. The cab that picked me up at 8:30 am ,just before arriving at PAH was rear ended by a young driver. My only complaint is that this driver neither turn off the meter while dealing with accident details also never inquired as to my well being. Cab ride back was uneventful, drive very courteous. Thank you for your great service.
They pretty good, app is decent, dispatchers are good, drivers are good. I've never really had a problem with them
My most recent service was pretty incredible, I booked the cab for a certain time and the driver was there with a few minutes to spare. I then booked another cab to go home and it was super fast, they even waited for the coffee shop to finish my coffee and didn't drive away. Overall they did quite well, the drivers were friendly and I was comfortable in the cars.
