The juice is anything but fresh. I paid 8.25 for an orange juice and the server just got a jug out of the fridge and poured me a glass. The juice was terribly sour and stale. Really horrible experience. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone

bad customer service. One of the associate named av\ behaved so rude while taking the order. She don't know how to treat a customer with manners. She was like i will take next customer .. tell me fast bla bla . I will never come back to orange julius again .

Tried 3 drinks. Pure sugar syrup. They seemed to have drastically cut the fruit amount and each drink just tasted like thick syrup. So disgusting.
