Drove out from Kelowna to pick up a used highlander. The car was great except the tires were bald (the service report said 40%). The sales manager offered to put on new tires or give us a 1000 discount so we could get new tires at home. I don't remember his name but he was a class act! Evelyn was our very friendly and helpful sales person. Overall a great experience. Highly recommended.
