Most useless and hopeless department ever seen in BC. Just pretending but nothing to do with help. Dont even want to give free suggestions or guidance which program is good. Talk to Mr.Bill he advise me to quit the job become jobless then he will guide me which coarsw i should join for studies.The most useless person i have ever talk to in my life.Dont waste time with these peoples they are not helping in employment they are suggesting to quit job and become unemployed and then they will guide you.
I am giving 2 stars to this place just because of gift cards that they provide. Though I didn’t get any kind of help in terms of employment. They are supposed to provide details to unemployed people. However, I only received 2 classes that were about resume making and cover letter. No recommendations for jobs at all. But thanks for the gas gift cards that they provide and follow up after few months.
I called two times and left messages. Receptionist told me that Case Manager will call you, but they never did. Zero services, wasting taxpayers money.
