Unprofessional and unhelpful reception. Called in to book in-person appointment because I previously tested positive for covid and now that I am fully recovered, Fraser Health has ordered me to get an in person check up. The receptionist put me on hold, came back and told me they cant book me because I previously had covid, and then when I asked how Im supposed to get an in person check up she said \I dont know\ and hung up. Very rude! Also, do the doctors here not know how covid works??? Once someone has recovered, they are no longer contagious. If you're not comfortable with booking people that previously had covid, at least train your staff to handle conversations professionally.

uhm you guys aren’t very good, i had a referral made a few a months ago for something quite important. I tried calling like three times and they hung up. The front desk people are also very rude, i don’t think they take their jobs seriously but yeah go off ig.
