I happened to pass by the restaurant and felt curious about the ethnic food offered. I was immediately seated. A young man was praying on a praying mat on the floor. Service was fine. Food was reasonably priced, but not really to my taste, though I liked their garlic sauce, so aromatic. Their food is not spicy - they offer you spicy sauce as a condiment. The only waitress, wearing a mask, is also the cashier. A notice attached on a side of the beverage fridge says that the maximum number of people inside the restaurant is 20 and they refuse anyone in without wearing a mask. The restaurant is conveniently located in Newton area in Surrey close to Kwantland College.

I saw mice twice at their store near the meat section. When I informed it to the girl on the counter, she just smiled as if it is very normal to see mice/ rats in a meat shop!! No apology, no concerned attitude nothing! And cherry on the top is: I purchased frozen parathas three times from their store and every time I saw moulds when I opened the packet, according to the expiry date, it should have been perfectly alright but it was not!! Plz plz plz beware of buying frozen items from their store!i am really looking for any link/ food security dept address where I can put a complain against them. They are just destroying the good quality food concept of Canada!

Saw whole bunch of expired masalas and alot of others near to expiry date still on shelves. Namak paras brought from there didn't taste fresh and were not crisp at all like they should be. After coming across expired masalas, we automatically started double checking other things in our grocery trolley...shocked to see lots of stuff was 1 or 2 months near to expiry date. Please stay away or don't buy anything without double checking.

It was great.... We had aloo parathaas and felt just like awesome. Thanks to the uncle(I think he is the owner of the restaurant), he gave us Gulab Jamuns . And customer service is also very good.
