Decent dim sum near Surrey Central - however it's a bit pricey compared to what you would get in Richmond. Decent selection of dim sum as well. Plenty of space, felt very safe during COVID.

Good service and good food. It's our first time trying this restaurant, it looks pricey at first, however the portion is big. After we finish our meal, they serve us with 3 different kind of desserts. Was hospitable with that touch. We will come back again.
I was pretty disappointed as I expected better for what they charged. The food was hit or miss. The only item I really enjoy was the BBQ pork buns. The congee was pretty good but I asked the waitress for pepper and she came back with 2 paper packets of pepper, like you would get at a fast food restaurant. Every other dim sum restaurants I've been to in all my year will give you white pepper which is traditionally what you put in congee. The rice wrapped donut, I swear they microwaved the chinese donut. Some pieces were warm while others were still cold, and the peanut sauce has been sitting in the little container for so long the oil had separated from the sauce. Also our egg rolls didn't come with dipping sauce. When I asked for some, they gave us soy sauce. Most places serve it with a vinegar sauce. Not a very good first impression, so I most likely won't be going back
There are not very many dim sum places in surrey. This one is hands down the best and there are a lot of different dishes to pick from. I will definitely be back!
The food was quite good and the price was reasonable for the style of food. The service was beyond disrespectful. When placing our order we asked for the difference between the Neptune house special and the Seafood Chow Mein. The server said that the house special contained chicken as well as the seafood. I asked is that the only difference and they said yes "chicken and seafood. " It came with pork afterwards. I asked to speak with someone and asked what was in the house special who confirmed that it was made with "chicken and seafood." I pointed out at the thing I believed was BBQ pork and asked them what it was and they said pork and walked away from the conversation. I asked the staff if it's possible to correct this. I did not want it remade it's entirely, just the toppings as it would be food waste otherwise. The server, supervisor and a second server all said that I should have explicitly stated I did not want pork in the dish and essentially told me (paraphrasing) "too bad, you should have said no pork at the start." I let them know that I asked prior and they doubled down on saying it's not their fault and I should have asked for no pork (even though I double checked that the only meats were seafood and chicken, with 2 confirmations). Finally after around 5 - 10 minutes of different staff coming over and speaking condescendingly and rudely, the supervisor frustratingly agreed to replace it towards the end. When the server dropped it off the only thing said was "no pork." The service here was beyond disrespectful , rude and overall unpleasant. The Neptune chain does have good food, and other locations have proper service. The Surrey location is one I would avoid when going for a lunch with family or friends. At most I would order take-out from the Surrey location as the food is good regardless of how the customer facing staff handle themselves.
Best dim sum in Surrey. It's more on the pricey side, but the portions are just the right size and food is delicious! Never disappointed when I come here. There's usually a wait on Sundays but the line moves quick. Service is great as well; servers are always bringing more tea and refilling water.
These 4 stars are only for the food quality, price (lunch), cleanliness, good/safe COVID-19 protocol and the restaurant location. I want to give 5 stars as we have often been eating here; however, I could not as the waitresses (two ladies: 1 tall and the middle one (both long hairs often serve during breakfast and lunch) absolutely have no customers services senses or skills. They do not serve with basic respect and polite. The smaller ladies and the men are good. I said this and hope the owner review their ways of serving customers so your restaurant will be perfect...we still going there to eat as it's safe especially during COVID-19 pandemic. The food are delicious, reasonable price especially during lunch...
Pretty Chill, big restaurant so SD is quite comfortable, lots of sanitizer on demand. Good for family bubble, large tables. Food is excellent, served piping hot and promptly. Lots of parking cause you are at the mall.
