I have a 2020 bmw m340i and decided I wanted to install a starlight headliner as an interior modification. As this is a rare mod I decided to reach out to a few businesses who all advised that they don't do that sort of custom work. One of the businesses I spoke with told me to speak with Gurdeep from Neighbourhood Auto, and that he may do that sort of thing. After doing some research on the business I decided to call Gurdeep who advised that he does do this sort of modification, and actually had it in his vehicle. Long story short, I dropped the vehicle off on Tuesday and had it back on Friday afternoon. I even received updates and they had me come down to the shop to ensure everything looked good. I have never met Gurdeep aka the owner before but was impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail. The other employee who did most of the work Nikita was equally professional and helpful. I m typically sceptical of Google reviews, but I can understand why he is 5/5. Thanks guys for a truely amazing job and hope to do business with you in the future. Sorry no pictures as they do not do it justice. Thanks Craig

Our window regulator broke in our car, and we took it to Neighborhood. The guys immediately went out to the car and checked to identify the part, called to find one, and arranged an installation immediately. Then they put up plastic material over the hole and sent us home with the car now drivable again. We were very pleased with the work, the cleanup, and the commitment to service this company seems to have and we will be back the next time we need help with a glass issue. It seems they also do tops for cars and boats, and it so happens I have a boat top that needs repairs so I'm going to get them to look at it too

This was one of the best shop experiences like ever... Got recommended by a mechanic for this place to have my convertible top motor, hydraulic lift cylinders and hoses to be replaced for my mustang. G and his team are phenomenal excellent quality work ethic, best of all he’s reasonably priced. The quote he gave me on the phone was honoured and cheaper by 20 from another shop. Highly recommended for all your upholstery and convertible component related needs!

I had my windshield replaced here. I dropped in and was met with prompt service. Even with Covid19! They ordered my glass and I had my car in and back the next day. Excellent customer service! And my car was so clean in and out. The team is top shelf!!
