A clean workplace, and attentive workers with a relaxed overall vibe. Definitely felt i was in good hands especially during this pandemic. All the women there are kind and helpful with any questions you may have. My new favourite place to get my nails done!

Nina did my nails and they looked amazing. When I went back to have them taken off I was charged an extra fee for some sort of polish without being told there would be a charge. Otherwise this place was great, very clean and the staff were friendly.

My first time and it was a great experience. Nina did an amazing job on my first French mani! Lucy is great and very welcoming. A refreshing place to be. This will be my new place for Manis and can't wait to have my pedi next week! Thank you ladies!

This was the first time I have been to Nail Fx since it is under new ownership and was very disappointed. I stopped by there to make an appointment and the girl at the desk had difficulty giving me a time or date as she was not familiar with the computer. She advised me that appointments were to be made by phoning them and leaving a message for a return call. (Time consuming for both parties). The Studio is very clean and well conformed to virus regulations. The technician I had did not identify herself nor make any conversation except when I asked her questions. ( Very different from the previous staff who identified themselves and made you feel welcomed.) A customer came in and with no acknowledgement sat there for 15 minutes before someone asked if she had an appointment! When I left there were five girls and 3 customers and no one answered the phone when it rang. Myself, when making any appointment I prefer to talk to someone and have a confirmation immediately not wait for a call back.

Have gone here before, a long time ago and back then I loved their service, now I come back and still impressed by them! Amy did an amazing job and more importantly how detailed she was from start to finish. She took her time and made sure my nails looked great! Highly recommend if you want a good job done! Ladies are kind and aren't there to do things in a hurry which I really appreciate. A little on the pricier side but definitely worth a couple more dollars for a way better job.
