They are detail-oriented beyond compare, they are efficient but still take all the time necessary to ensure we understand the process and documentation and are comfortable with what we are signing. The worst service that I have never seen before. They missed my important email that my broker sent to them. Even though I had a proof to prove, they refused to admit their omittance. The guy even yelled at me and did not want to continue to serve me in the last minute!!! They even wanted to charge me an extra to pay for their faults. Unbelievable!!! And told me they were from Europe! So What? Racial discrimination? It was what a professional did!!
Jacek Januszeweski provided my family with excellent and very professional services. We needed several important documents put together, and he handled them quickly and with great attention to detail. We are impressed with his work and grateful for his time, and would highly recommend him.
