The girls at the front desk are amazing, they do their job well with the amount of people calling running out of their Medication, and leaving it for the last day.People, you do need to call a few weeks ahead for your meds and not leave it for the last day. It’s a very busy office, and I’ve watched those girls as I’ve sat there waiting for my appt, and they can multitask like no other office. If your complaining, it’s likely your own fault. I’m tired of these reviews and I’m speaking out with a thumbs up front desk. Your wonderful!

I have been going to this clinic for several years. I love my doctor but cannot say that I have had more than one or two experiences with reception that were positive. They are exceptionally rude and I dread it every time I have to call to make an appointment or have a question. I understand that they probably field a thousand ridiculous questions each day but the rest of us shouldn't have to pay the price for this. This is the job they signed up for - if they are unable to deal with people in a respectful manner then they should pick a different profession.
I have been very pleased with the transition provided by Dr. Mitchell from Dr. Larigakis. Dr. Larigakis was an excellent physician and I have found Dr. Mitchell to be equally attentive. Thanks to both.
I called once because I needed a refill on my medication and the receptionist was extremely rude when she explained to me that I am to call two weeks before my medication runs out. I guess it's an unwritten rule that wasn't told to me in the first place. The doctors need to pay closer attention to their front desk staffs attitude towards patients. It's a real shame because one of the doctors there is SO CARING AND NICE.
I just called the Clinic to ask a couple questions if this was a walk in clinic or if the Doctor was accepting new patients. The lady who had answered the question was very short and rude. I think you should have a bit of compassion if you are working in this type of field.
