Did a wheel alignment over the weekend and the work was good but when I went to pay I presented the promo for 10 dollars off a 100 and the sales person refused to give it to me saying he did more work on the vehicle then was charged and he was pretty rude about it. I'm sorry but a promo is a promo regardless of what he did to the vehicle and should be given to who ever presents it. For that reason I will not be going to That Midas ever again,

But my tire wasn't fix at that big name, I went to another place barely known removed the tired fix it in 15 minutes only , it's been a year driving on it.
Dropped in for an oil change today.... they were booked solid. I'm heading out of province and needed it so.... the team said leave it here and we will squeeze it in... and so they did, very quickly. 2 hours later I was back and picking up the car. They saw my odo was in MPH so they fixed it for me (after calling and asking). The knowledge and customer service here is a benchmark. Great job Midas! Do not hesitate to bring your car to the team here!
Fast friendly service by T.J. at the Surrey location on 104th today. Great full synthetic oil change deal. They were able to accommodate my service request last minute. I have been a regular customer for years and plan on continuing with them. Highly recommend Midas for all auto needs! Thanks guys!
Incredible Midas location. The team & owner gave honest feedback and helped cut costs to help with an \Out-of-Province\ inspection. Would highly recommend everyone in the Vancouver area to get work done at this shop.
