Went to the clinic and they booked me to get an ultrasound on my neck. Had the ultrasound in March, and was told the results would take 2 weeks. It's now December and I have no results. I phone the clinic every two weeks asking about it and they say they are so busy they will have to get to it another day. They have yet to get to it. Last time I called they told me to call myself and get them to fax the results to the clinic, so basically do their job for them. I called and I'm not allowed to do that, it has to be the clinic. Don't go to this clinic, worst experience ever.

Extremely very bad experience, front desk receptionist behaviour is so rude that you even cannot imagine. I and my husband visited the clinic, she doesn’t give us form to fill. I contacted physiotherapist they said need form to start treatment. They called doctors office on their behalf too. I contacted them, the lady put on hold. I called again she disconnected. Next day, I called again, I asked her what’s your name she didn’t tell her name, I explained her everything she told me she’s not working yesterday. When I told her I recognized your voice she didn’t speak anything, just disconnected. If these people does not understand the patients painful condition then how we expect from others.Disgusting experience. Needs more experienced and responsible staff here

Excellent service, even in the hight of the pandemic. Covid19 protocols (I was not there for anything Covid Related) for the clinic were followed and felt very comfortable.

I had an appointment in person and changed it, to be by phone and they never called. Two hours later when i called them the receptionists said that doctor would call in 10 minutes that didnt happen. Not to mention that the receptionists was rude to me 3 different times and put me on hold for a very long time. She didn't spell my name right even after reading my care card info. Worst service ever.

Working at a medical clinic, I understand what it's like working at a medical clinic. With covid-19 I understand the new norms that we all need to get use to and how flustering adapting is. HOWEVER, we still have a duty to provide the upright most customer service and health care, and I can strongly say this place does not uphold to that. Long story short, they did not fax my prescription to my pharmacy (OR ANY PHARMACY for that matter), lied about faxing it, saying the pharmacy is to blame (but my pharmacy, and all the ones in the area said we needed to go back to them), it took 5 days to get ahold of them to try and resolve the situation, yet someone there said it 'my' fault. THEN they told me, DURING A PANDEMIC, to come in and get he prescription that can be easily FAXED. The reason Telehealth/Virtual appointments were created was to REDUCE foot traffic and to LIMIT the spread covid-19. If I could provide a 0 star, I would. If you can avoid, please for your health and others. The College of Physicians will be notified of care that was NOT provided.
