Mark looked after our lawn last year and did a good job. In the fall he transplanted some mature yews for us and he gave me a 1 year guarantee. Standard practice. I left multiple phone and email messages for Mark informing him that one of the plants didn't make it through the summer. No response, which was really disappointing as Mark comes across as someone who you would think would live up to his word. I would have thought that he would have at least respond to my messages.

Mark promised the lawn will be fixed. 1 year later, the lawn still didn't grow any grass at all. I spent over 1000 hire him to fix the lawn. Lawnnut is a scam, plz walk away.
Mark knew his job and was professional.
