Great service and products. Saw a piece that was close to what we were looking for and they said in could be custom made locally to our measurements. End product was beautifully crafted and exactly what we wanted at a great price. Happy to support a local shop and craftsmen.
We are pretty picky with our selection of furniture. We went to many different store and we finally picked knock on wood. The experience was amazing, Jack was very helpful, and the shopping experience was very friendly, chill, and no pressure what so ever. The delivery was ahead of schedule, the delivery guys were very good as well. The furniture fitted perfect just as we discussed during the order (our room is very tight and the furniture must be at exact measurement) When it come at the final payment, Jack was very helpful as well. We paid with one credit card and later changed our mind and want to use another credit card. There was no hassle for the refund of the first credit card, even though the company need to pay another service fee for the transaction. Overall, I would give 6 stars if I can, and I would recommend anyone who is looking for solid wood furniture to come to knock on wood. Great experience guaranteed.
oh my gosh this store has the most beautiful furniture. nothing cheaply made in this store. it is a bit pricy but it's not for the quality you see. if you want friendly service with real quality this is your store plus if you see something you like you can choose from 10 different stains they will adjust for your liking
All wood furniture that lasts. Very flexible with orders. Jack knows his stuff and is such a pleasure to work with!
