We found JC Custom Home Improvements online and inquired for a quote. As we live out of town, we had to communicate via email/text and the occasional odd time phone calls. We decided to go with JC as he was extremely attentive and detailed when providing the quote. We liked his enthusiasm and follow up as it really helped to give us some peace of mind. The project included repainting the entire loft, installing new vinly plank flooring throughout, and replacing the kitchen sink & faucets, lights, fans, chandeliers, and toilet. Throughout the process, he maintained the cheerful and disciplined follow through. The entire reno was done on time and the finished work looks great! JC even came back after the project was done to help remedy a couple of minor things outside the original job scope. Oh.. and his quote was quite reasonable too.

Working with JC was a blessing. He understood my vision and I trusted him with his creative mind when he re did my basement floors and bathroom. Hes honest and stress free to work with, i cannot say that about others i have hired in the past. we were able to work around my budget and he threw in some free services on the house (Thank you!) The project took less that two weeks (700sqf floors, full bathroom and prep) I recommend his services for any home renovation job big or small 100%
Have used JC's team for home improvements like opening up the wall between family room and dining room. Also got laundry unit and sink added to the flex room. Cost effective and he has good team to work with. Will use them for future works.
