We were glad to have Jas as our Realtor in buying our first home in Canada. He is a nice guy and complete professional, clearly knows what he does. He understood our requirements and focused on what was needed. He guided us well in each step of our home purchase. He was patient enough to answer all our (many many) questions. Jas has great negotiation skills and will make sure you get the best deal possible. His contacts were very helpful in getting other activities done professionally (such as inspection, notary, home improvements etc). As a first time home buyer, I didn’t know much about the market and what I would be able to get in it, Mr Jas took the time to sit with me, answer all my questions and help me figure out what I really wanted. Even though I was in no rush to buy, he made himself readily available. He formulated lists of properties for us to view on a regular basis and after viewing several properties he told me that there was one he found that was a must see and low and behold it was the one! His attentiveness, reliability, and dedication allowed me to find a place that I can call home. He is patient, pleasant and professional to work with. I have and will continue to recommend him.
