Big scam! Be very careful. I just got cheated in a big way so be aware. See details below with pic/proof: As you can see in the attached pics, I talked with Deep Grewal who confirmed to install the Fuel Contra and showed me the same when I was in the shop. Initially he said that it will take under 2 hours, but I was there all afternoon till closing and noticed that they installed the Maverick (which are cheaper) and gave me the receipt (charged me the same as Contra) that I did not noticed until the next day. Also, one of the wheels was scratched (see pic) so when I took my car back, they said they do not have Contra’s and can replace the one wheel that on the day of the install I mentioned was scratched & Deep promised to replace but tried to hide it (with a black sharpie) and sneak it in anyways. They offered a some refund and did not really apologize, and the lady/owner Parminder Grewal was rude at times. The wheels are not balanced properly so I will get it all taken care of from a professional shop and send them the bill. They knew what they were doing all along, and I happen to notice. Really bad business ethics and trying to lie and get their way around. Totally not cool & shady business practices! I have documented everything so feel free to ask any questions anyone has and will look into what my options are & how to proceed further…hope I saved your day! NOTE: both Deep & Parminder Grewal are on Facebook marketplace, were I found them so just an fyi!

Started my search for a new set of shoes for my truck and didn’t know where to begin. I just happened to answer an ad by Parvinder and the rest is history. Their shop was far from where I lived but she was friendly and helpful over messages that I made the trip to Ikon. I found their pricing , service and laid back attitude refreshing. Thankyou Parvinder, Deep and the guys who installed the new shoes on my truck.
I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE, EVEN IT WAS AFTER HOURS THEY ACCOMMODATE ME TO FIX MY CAR BEFORE HAD TO TRAVEL BACK TO P.G WHICH TAKE 8-9HRS drive.HAD TO LEAVENEXTMORNING. I HAVE BOUGHT3 SETS TIRES FROM THEM GAVE ME GOOD DEALS. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! PArvinder & your crew. MADE HOME SAFELY.
Customer Service is really bad especially the girl upfront Parwinder who is really rude. They blame their customers for bad work done by them.
***BUYER beware*** IKON Kustoms Auto Centre is a JOKE!!! The manger is a THEIF and gets joy off ripping people OFF!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME SHOPPING HERE!!!!! Do your research there’s plenty of better places to shop. They don’t care all all about customer service. Shop here at your own risk!!!
