The workers is great but the owner is rip off. The owner is scammers he charge a lot of extra hours workers and plain extra charges they also using a name a white rock movers.
It was a Sunday afternoon on a long weekend. My Dad was driving a Uhaul from the island to Grande Prairie Alberta. It broke down and he was left to move everything out of the Uhaul into a new all by himself. We are all 12 hrs away and he is 65 yrs old and should not be doing that on his own. The other company we called gave us the run around. We crossed our fingers in hope that another company would be around on a Sunday long weekend...not likely!! Found that Helpings Hands was open and decided to call. They were awesome, they showed up within the hr and were done moving his stuff not even an hour later. Sent two guys and got the job done. I am very impressed and grateful they took the time out of their busy day to help. Very professional, thoughtful and affordable. I highly recommend them to anyone and will use them anytime I am in the area!!

0 stars. They lie about their rates. It starts at one rate and by the end of the move they raise the rate and refuse to unload until you pay. They should be closed down for fraud.
