This recreation centre is fantastic! I went for the first time today, and was thoroughly impressed by the pool. It's so modern, and has features to appease people of all ages. The steam room is great. I love that the hot tub is literally right beside the warm pool. The slide looks like a great time, and the cold pool is huge! Although I didn't get to try out the cold pool because it was being used by clubs, it did look excellent. Additionally, the change rooms were clean and tidy. I love how you are able to continually lock and unlock the lockers; if you forget something inside your locker, you can get it without having to buy a new token! Overall, the whole facility is maintained to the highest standards and provides and will continue to provide great fun for everyone!

Really poor refund process. I never receive any email from them regards to the \policy\ relate to Covid19. Person on the phone only forces you to accept the fact they kept away one monthly cost,which is 73.75. In fact I only worked out there once. How convenient that is! Other than that Do Not buy Annual pass. It's purely a mistake from my experience. Zero service from the fitness section. The person just assumes everyone \gets to know\ this place instantly. I didn't know where the locker is, and how to use it, at least the locker they use is very different from Burnaby recreation center. She was just walking on her own and pretend people know it all without any help. With that altitude I truly don't want to talk to this type of people at all! arrogantly and carelessly. pure unprofessional. Never suggest what she could help! only a few lockers available in the fitness section, which is also a minus. They put lockers beside running machines. I have to pack in front of other people.
I am loving it here awesome equipment feels super safe and clean.. bummed they got rid of few of my faves but I'm making due.. just happy to be back. Staff is very knowledgable n friendly
Great facility for family fun. Clean and excellent staff. Same building has a full gym, library and located across from Guildford mall. Covid restrictions.
Place is clean. Preschool day programs are well staffed and run professionally. Library staff is amazing. Good vending machine options. Staff at Rec. counter are happy to help. A great community hub, wether it’s books, working out or preschool and learning programs. Very well kept.
