I’ve been shopping here for years and I’ve always received the highest level of service. The other day I popped in and received above and beyond level of service from Jim who was instrumental in helping me with my predicament. He went way out of his way to fabricate a fitting for me And took the time to show me how everything would work more efficiently. This is without question does there is a five star review
My friend Marvin told me about this place and I am glad he did . This place has a “can do “ attitude and able to formulate a solution fir my needs . I am a difficult customer to please but I must say these guys know there stuff and are very well trained to handle all situations and all customers needs in this field . I was very impressed and was 100% satisfied.
Jim was one of the CS representatives and was extremely friendly and helpful to me today. He quickly found out what I needed according to the specs I provided, found a solution/parts that would work for my application, and was just an overall great ambassador for the brand! See you guys soon.
