I highly recommend this place, Catherine has been extremely helpful and made my puppy feel at home. My puppy Aki has major separation anxiety but when I drop him off to this place he forgets I am even there. Thanks Catherine for all your help!

HONEST REVIEW. We took our 5 month old puppy to Urban pet escapes on a trial day to compare against a couple of other doggie daycares in the area. ** They DID NOT ask for vet records**. Previously, she had done great and been exhausted and happy at the end of the day (other companies daycare). When we picked her up from great urban at around 230 pm she puked once she got in the car (freshly eaten food- so CLEARLY not fed at noon). She was walking with her head low and no tail wagging when she got in the door at home and then drank more water than I have ever seen her drink in her entire life at one time. I strongly believe that no water was left out for her drink as she has NEVER exhibited this behavior before after daycare. She was very needy for the rest of the day and just was not herself. We know our dogs, we know when something is not right.. and something was NOT right after picking her up. I would absolutely not recommend this place in any way to anyone. There are plenty of other places in the area that offer day care services that we have tried and she has been absolutely excellent afterwards. I felt helpless and a little heartbroken after this experience because she was just so.. abnormal from her regular behavior. We will not go back.
We always bring our dogs here :-) . It takes us an hour to drive to Great Urban Pet Escapes from where we live but we know that our dogs are well cared for and happy here!
Entrust great urban with providing weekly daycare as well as kenneling services for our dog ! She absolutely loves going there, all the staff are so kind and caring they are the only place I trust to look after our girl !
Had a very great experience with them. The location was very nice and the place was very clean. The staff was very nice and they really care about all the dogs. I Highly recommend it.
