I train here with my two boys who are 6 and 9. As a soccer coach, i realize how difficult it is to deal with other people's kids. You have to command the respect of the students, while simultaneously keeping it fun. Professor Logan pulls it off really well. My boys are in different classes because of the age gap, so I spend a lot of time watching the kids - it's amazing how fast the kids learn. Myself, I really enjoy training here. The curriculum stays consistent throughout the week, and there are 7 fundamental classes a week. There are several different instructors, allowing you to learn different variations of the same technique. BJJ is a highly individualized sport, so getting different perspectives is important for beginners such as myself. The atmosphere is very positive. All of the advanced students are very helpful. Everybody here wants you to succeed, and it's contagious. The camaraderie is excellent. I've been training here for about 8 months and I haven't had any negative experiences with anybody. I look forward to training here with my boys for many years to come
BJJ to me is a stress relief from everyday life. I love coming to class to learn new techniques from Professor Logan and all the other coaches. Everyone at the gym is so helpful and they want you to succeed in this sport. I enjoy coming to Gravity that i even enrolled my son here to spend more time together. Everyone at Gravity has been really supportive and very welcoming. I really didn't know much about bjj, and having since come early December, the coaches have been very patient with me. Even though I'm in a class with other people, they still take the time to make this experience feel personal and understandable. Would really recommend this school for anyone that's interested in the sport and have 0 knowledge about it.
I've been training at Gravity BJJ for almost 5 years and my experience with this gym has been nothing less than awesome. Professors Logan and the rest of gravity team are like my family and provide an excellent ego free learning environment. All my team mates go out of their way to offer their guidance and support.
