The hired cleaner, from Gavin's Building Maintenance, completed only half the required job using poor cleaning tools. Vacuuming of hallway carpets was spars, leaving dirt behind. After confronting cleaner, the cleaner quit. On the second week of cleaning, there was a new cleaner. The cleaning was much better, but hallway tiles were washed leaving an extremely bad odor of that similar to cat urine. The smell remained in hallways for 2 days!
