I came to know that I have been tricked. I bought IPHONE 7 plus cases 2 times and the seller charged me 30 for each. My father and I thought it must be good that’s why it’s expensive. So we bought it. Seller said it’s hardcore and you won’t have to change it anytime soon. Just recently, I realize that CLAIRE’s sells the same cases I bought from FRIENDS only for 5.....!!!! This shook me!!! I’ve been looted. This is insane!!! I could have gotten those 2 cases for 10 from Claire’s, whereas I paid 60!!!!!!!! They robbed my 50!!!!! I had been suggesting their place to all my friends but I completely feel guilt and regret it!!!

Stay away from this shop. The guy in the shop is a cheat. I had gone to him to replace a battery for my watch and when I was making the payment, he entered an amount more than what he has quoted me in his machine and asked me to tap my card from a distance of 2 meters without showing me what he has entered and later on I got to know about the extra amount he charged. When I confronted him, he said it’s the tax he has charged. This guy charges the tax without giving you a receipt and without telling the customer. He also gave me a nice lecture on how everyone should pay taxes when the guy itself making so much black money, and charges the tax amount without telling and giving receipts to the customer. In my case, it was a very small amount but this kind of dishonesty would make me stay from this shop in the future.
Loved the customer service by the whole staff. The owner of the store is very friendly and professional in this field. Got my screen replaced in no time at a very low price. Highly recommended.. !!
Stay away from this place...got a samsung s20 glass guard for 28... after glass guard finger print lock was not working.. went to shop again shop guy said these guards make fingure print issues... asked for refund he said he can't do refund...its shop guys responsiblity to aware customers about the issues of products..not only to sell their products and make money...
Great electronics shop in Surrey! Excellent service by PARVEEN. He is thoughtful, professional, knowledgeable, patient and cares for the customers. He gave us genuine advice & awesome deals to help us choose the best Samsung phones plans for all family members according to our requirement and budget. He went above and beyond to help us decide onto technology that enhances our television experience. Even though the store was busy, he answered all our queries. Even delayed closing the store for my family to make their decisions. The store didn’t have the specific phone in stock then but Parveen arranged for it promptly as promised and made sure that we received our order delivery in time before going for a trip. All safety protocols regarding public health were observed. Highly recommend this store as they have awesome deals, excellent service & great variety in the store. Will be buying more electronics and get some repairs done from Friends Communications Thanks to Parveen & team, stay happy & safe!!
