I cant remember the name for sure, but I think it was John. Our experience with him was exceptional. We needed new tires and we knew it, but we wanted all weather tires, which Mazda doesn't carry in stock. John was able to locate an extra set of all weather tires in the back to use on our car. We service cars at the same time. At the end of the service, he walked us outside to show us where our cars were located. These are 2 examples of where he went above and beyond where an average employee would go. We've always had good service taking our cars in, but John took it to the next level... I'm pretty sure his name was John, but I might be wrong. Hopefully you can look it up.

Very friendly and professional sale staff. Recently bought a new Mazda CX-5 2020 GT Turbo. Have been treated as a customer before did any purchase. Test drive was planned how requested, got answered all my questions by Arnie. Got a fair price on my trade in Mazda 3 2015. Overall experience very good!

I have dealt with a few dealerships over the years and I find Freeway Mazda to be the best. My new car buying experience back in 2016 was a very pleasant experience. Knowledgeable sales staff who assisted me in selecting my CX-5. I have continued to use Freeway Mazda for my routine servicing and found the service department staff to be very knowledgeable with a professional friendly approach to my servicing needs. My service in/out appointments have been on time and the service staff kept me informed during my appointments and have always reviewed what service was done along with the status condition of my vehicle's various components. Plus the best part ... my vehicle is given a wash and vacuum. Great service. I highly recommend Freeway Mazda!

They were able to get me in right away to diagnose my car even though it was a busy Saturday. I thought I was needing a car battery but they were able to recharge it without replacing it. No charge! Great service Happy for the extra Covid protocols taken including sanitizing my key fob before giving it back to me.

I went to Freeway Mazda because a different Mazda location gave me very poor service and my problem was not completely fixed. I had such an unpleasant experience that even though things were still needing to be done, I went to see the service Manager there. His name is Ed and he was simply amazing. I explained my situation to Ed and he was able to squeeze me in on the weekend. This manager had his technician not only inspect the problem I was having but took a video of the inspection and then fixed it for free. I asked if he could do an oil change and it was no problem. I got my car back in under one hour freshly washed and the service was FREE. I was pleasantly surprised as I felt I was overcharged at the other place. The technician then came out and further explained everything to me. How amazing that was. The staff at Freeway Mazda really care about you and that you leave with a little extra something. Other locations need training from Ed as this manager really know his stuff being a previous service Technician himself. Ed really is great at explaining the scope of the work and associated costs. This location is the place to buy your car and have it serviced. Very Well Done Freeway Mazda, A Satisfied Customer
