Excellent service Competitive pricing Friendly professionals I had a great experience servicing my car at this Fountain Tire location. Iain, the manager, and the employee that receive me treated me nicely, and that for me says a lot. From the beginning, they provided me great value by helping me choose the right tires. Also, something that I didn't expect was that they made a general inspection of my car where they discovered two problems that I agreed to repair. Still great price for all the things they did. I highly recommend this place.

We stopped in just before closing to get our tires tightened/checked after getting new tires installed the day before in Victoria. We came straight here from the ferry as it was getting close to closing time and we had a long drive ahead of us to Merritt. We were thrilled that someone was still there to do the deed. Thanks so much for not closing early on a quiet Friday!
Customer service at its highest level. Guys are awesome especially Mr. Winston ( sorry don’t know his last name ). Very professional, kind and polite. But most of all they were able to fix the problem that I thought it wasn’t fixable and the price was right just as I expected.
I've been taking my Ford to Mainland Ford for general servicing needs. Last time I felt that they didn't even replace the oil nor did they topped up any of the fluids. So this time I decided to try this Fountain Tire. I think they did what was expected in the service schedule. So I'm kinda satisfied that my car got the care it needed and I can drive it safely now. Next time I may try Midas that's just beside this Fountain Tire, or may be not; I'm not sure yet...
Honest, professional and trustworthy people. Usually this whole Auto repair Industry is full of scammers. Winton and Joe explained me the whole issue and set a right expectations. Well priced. Highly recommended.
