As prabjhot said. Not 24 hrs as advertised. Apparently Anytime Fitness has been able to remain open 24/7... Also it's probably the only gym I've ever seen that doesn't sell water. No enforcement of social distancing. Limited enforcement of masks. Especially in the free weight/ resistance training areas.

Great customer service. All employees are nice and helpful
Very unfriendly staff as they talk to customers very rudely. Staff do not sanitize the massage chair at they just stay in their staff room and chill for their whole shift Some machines are broken from very long time. Massage chair and bed is given only ten minutes and then you have to and asked them again to turn it on but on your card it is unlimited I suggest them put this line on black card membership unlimited massage but with brakes like youtube adds as you have to go and ask them to turn it on after every ten minutes Don’t go to this gym as this is not 24/7 these day but all other are in Surrey. The name of this gym should be less for fit instead of fit4less.
I wish I had paid more attention to the reviews before signing up. Very poor customer service, I was asked to leave very rudely at the end of my first session, even though there is no mention of session timings anywhere. You hardly get to book any slots, they are full. And the gym is not 24/7. Basically, you are paying for nothing.
