We recently had Clarke from FDM come in and installed a custom screen for our fireplace and service 2 gas units. Clarke was very helpful in the selection process for the custom screen. Professional, honest and easy to work with. The value for the service is extremely reasonable. I would not hesitate recommending this service.

I called several fireplace companies and Fireplace Decor had the lowest price and were able to make an appointment for me quickly while other companies could not make it to my place until the new year. After the first service visit, I accidentally messed up the pilot light. Clark came by again to fix it and also brought another piece, thinking it might help. He only charged me for the one service visit and the parts. Thank you so much, Clark. Merry Christmas and happy holidays!
