I recently purchased a home that needed a full renovation and Niki Jacques was my go to person at Exclusive Floors to help me. Thank goodness she has the knowledge and eye to weed through the many flooring and tile options available at Exclusive Floors. Overall a great flooring experience with Exclusive Floors. With them providing approximately 1300 sq ft of solid Hickory flooring and 100 sq ft of porcelain tile. They were very attentive to our needs and responded extremely quickly to address a minor heating vent fit issue following installation. My only issue (and it's a relatively small issue) is that floor leveling is common for most houses and while briefly mentioned could have been called out more explicitly as a likely additional expense.
I worked with Cara and she has been SUPER helpful! From the moment I called in she was attentive to everything I was asking for and was very responsive. She came over to our place and did an estimate as well as take pictures for us. She also helped with overlaying the flooring over the pictures using their floor visualizer so we can get a sense of what it would look like. Overall it was such a pleasure working with Cara because she was so easy-going. These guys are smart and definitely know their stuff!
Notwithstanding the small size of the job I was working on, Jodi from the Surrey location was extremely helpful matching an out-of-date hardwood product with a modern equivalent.
Our entire experience at Exclusive Floors was based on the service I had from the salesperson , Jodi . She is very knowledgeable and has a great eye for colour and design .
