Cloverdale team is AMAZING! Everyone is very professional and friendly atmosphere. Branch Manager (Mike) is always available if we have any questions and he invited us last year for the retirement planning session as well. This session was very educational and informative. Best customer service I’ve had. Ever. Super friendly staff, helpful and laid back. Refunded me some charges they accidentally charged, helped me fix MasterCard SecureCode issue, and listened to my feedback on Envision as a whole. Free coffee and comfy chairs, it’s the best.

I had occasion to be dealing with Cloverdale Envision team member Robyn Preston this past Tuesday September 25th. I have never had such a pleasant banking experience. I hadn't received my new credit card. Robyn walked me through the process with ease. Robyn was so friendly, compassionate and as well was a great problem solver. She is an incredible example of what employee can be and a credit to her profession.
