Polite staff, good security, clean facilities, maintained and large moving dollies available, bright lights that are motion activated so they aren't wasting electricity, and secure lockers that are inside and outside accessible. The rates are good and they are polite if they ever have to call if a charge doesn't go through. (I forgot to update my information when I got my new credit card. My mistake.)

Had my locker for 28 months never had a problem best locker ever
The lady wearing eyeglasses who was in the front desk needs more training in customer service. She was disrespectful with the customers like us. We were there in Surrey last week of July 2020 for a week to empty our storage gradually. Some items were donated to Value Village and the remaining personal items were being loaded in U-Haul to bring them to Calgary since we already based over there. She was already informed about this. Some cabinets were put for the meantime in the main hallway so we could remove some items inside the storage when that lady wearing eyeglasses approached me and in very demanding voice that I need to remove the cabinets bec it's blocking the main hallway (it's not true it was placed beside the wall) and I told her it will be loaded to the U-Haul truck soon we were just arranging items who will go first inside the truck. But she told me, \You need to remove it now!\ Then when she came back she brought with her the maintenance bearded guy. This guy in a very bossy/loud threatening voice told me that, \Stop giving her an attitude! You need to remove that cabinets now!\ We were shocked about this. I told to the guy that I did not say anything bad to her and I have my witnesses, my colleagues who were also removing stuff from the storage and I asked her to give us more time because we were not staying there for a longer period of time and sooner those cabinets will be loaded to the truck. No other customers were there only us. That lady staff did not say anything when the maintenance guy confronted me and they both left. We were their customers for 8 years and never missed payment and this is what we get from the staff???!!! I hope the management will able to read this and make some actions like giving them proper training in customer service including their maintenance guy. The female staff I'm talking too was seating beside the other female staff (Shelby).

No problems with the units themselves, but the staff I dealt with were pretty rude EDIT: Ive just come to find out through a credit check that they have falsely charged my credit as if I were delinquent for a month! That unit was spotless and empty before I turned it over and you know it. This will be settled quickly, and rest assured you won’t be seeing a nickel. These guys are some SERIOUS creeps.
