I went in for my follow up appointment today, was on time. Once I stepped inside, the waiting room was full, so I had to stand up for the first 30 minutes. I suffer from chronic migraines and today was one of my bad days where I was having considerate amount of pain. The bright lights and the smell in this office just made my pain worse. After over 1.5 hours of waiting I was ready to hit my head on the wall and faint. Finally Dr Prest came to get me. I went inside her office and she asks me why I am here, did I have a bad attack and that's why I came in? I told her the receptionist booked me for a follow up. She told me we were supposed to have a follow up after I have my HIDA scan done, which I am scheduled for next Tuesday! The receptionist was fully aware that my scan is next week since I talked to her on the phone a few days prior to my follow up appointment. When I went to the front and told the receptionist about it she didnt even care, no apology, nothing. She pretended like nothing ever happend. I just wasted over 2 hours of my time, gas, money spent on parking and a bad migraine on top, all because of the great receptionist they have! Dr Prest has been helpful, but the wait times and dealing with the receptionist is awful.

Don’t go here unless you absolutely have to. The receptionist is extremely rude. She hasn’t been negative directly to me but I’ve seen the way she talks to other customers and it is extremely unacceptable. The wait time is always at least 45-1 hour after your appointment time so do not show up early because you will be waiting. Once you get in, you do get a thorough appointment but I still don’t think it’s worth the wait if there is another option. Dr. Prest is a very kind and smart woman but the way this place is running is terrible.
Dr. Prest is kind and knowledgeable, however the long wait and the state of the office is ridiculous. The office is dismal, run down and smells strongly of mould and possibly cigarette smoke. It’s disgusting...I’m shocked a medical office is being run out of such a dirty and gross place.
Dr. Prest is a very lovely woman. However, the receptionist here consistently has so much attitude. She is the most rude and frustrating person I've ever dealt with at an office before. You can even hear the negativity in her voice when you call the office and hear the recording she leaves. I have no idea how she even has a job that requires human interaction. This office doesn't answer the phone and they don't do emails. Fax only. We are not living in 1985. I do not recommend going to this office. Especially because the receptionist is so arrogant and disrespectful, it's unbelievable.
