The staff were very nice and patient with me as I normally take a while. Both times, i was impressed with service. The lady who assisted me helped me pick by recommending stuff. The tea is pretty good -not to mention pretty pricey but hey what do you expect its a retailing store, but some weren't my taste . Overall i had a pleasant experience both times i checked it out. Clap and a half!
I work in The Shops at Morgan Crossing and have loved having David's Tea as a neighbour! They helped us out with instore tea tasting when we first opened our shop, and it was so much fun! They are always supportive of their local businesses and are super friendly. The other day I had an awesome shopping experience with an associate. I don't remember their name - really short hair and round rimless glasses! Kudos for exceptional customer experience! Thanks again for everything. You all rock! Staff is extremely helpful and friendly with your shipping needs. And they are very knowledgable in the tea product and accessories that they sell.
This location is the only one I like to shop from. Great staff, does have a very wide knowledge about the stuff they are selling. Tasting is always available also they are open to hear the reviews and complaints. Will recommend anyone who is looking for more tea and tea related knowledge.

I am a tea lover and drinker. Loose leaf tea is the way to go. David's tea has good prices and plenty selection for anything tea you may enjoy. The merchandise is a little on the expensive side, but not bad.
