I've been dealing with common exchange since the day they opened. The staff is very friendly,there always there to help. I'VE bought many things from them, and when I have needed a loan they have always treated me well and gave me top dollar for my stuff.They have always had great deals. when times are tuff, thanks to common exchange for being here big up.
Buyer beware. Anyone looking at purchasing the Simon and Patrick showcase ch hg guitar. Note that the manufacturer did not glue the bridge on correctly and it is lifting and creating a severe belly on the top and could potentially rip off and cause costly damage! This is not the pawn shops damage, but poor quality control at the factory. That being said the quitter was returned for those reasons and because they had falsely described the item, which is why I’m writing this review, as they have once again put it back for sale and stating new to excellent condition which it is not. Hope this saves someone else the headache of returning or getting stuck with a guitar that’s worth at most 400 in its condition.
