This Impark Lot is costly but parking around medical facilities, in this country, is a fact. Given a choice between free health care or free parking, I gladly pick the free health care. For me, accepting that I must pay in these busy areas is something I can not change. All parking is pay parking by plate number, web site says 24 hours every day and a monthly rate is available for certain stall numbers. Thanks....

What a despicable and unkept parking garage the Docters who practice in this building should be ashamed that it is so badly taken care of. I'm an avid stair climber but what I say I think hose halls was scaary to say the least. Notonly that the little philapino gentlemen (hardly) who told my wife to leave the building and mocked her when she said she had a car parked there mind your manners or cause somebody isn't going to like your rude behavior
Aggressive company that happily takes in millions at the expense of those visiting loved ones. Decision makers for impark should frankly be ashamed of the way they run their business.
No way to pay for this from your phone. The lot # does not register on any website or application to add time or payment :(
DO NOT PARK FOR IMPARK!!!!!!! Please go find parking somewhere else and walk if you have to! These guys gave me a ticket for paying at the wrong meter and I saw the patroller and the patroller saw me and didn’t even stop me to say “hey you’re paying for the wrong meter” like most honest humans would help eachother out. I have a ticket that I paid for at 9:07 for City of Surrey and the parking ticket was given at 9:08. When I called in and said those is wrong I’m not paying for this and that it should be cancelled, the “customer service” said. It’s not the patrollers job to stop you to pay for our company’s meter.???? Patrol the word means to an expedition to keep watch over an area, especially by guards or police walking or driving around at regular intervals. They will give you a ticket for any stupid reason. Save yourself money and do not park in IMPARK AREAS.
