We bought a washer/dryer from home depot. I will never get another appliance from them as long as they use Cascadia. They were rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to be helpful at all. One particularly rude employee didn't wear a mask. In the end they got the job done, but not without scratching up the walls and generally being averse to doing a proper job. I wanted them out of my home the moment they stepped in and calling me out like some kind of pet. This is a service where you work with customers, so I expect some level of professionalism and mutual respect.

These guys outsourced my buddies delivery to a garbage company. Two guys came in, one not even wearing a mask, damaged my friends appliances then completely denied doing so. Home Depot should think twice about letting this unprofessional company do any deliveries for them. Cascadia sucks, and so do their outsourced partners. Have some respect for your clients.
this was one of the worst experiences ive ever had with an installation company. they almost didnt install the washer because they didnt have they didnt want to use the old pipes (which are perfectly fine), they had to borrow our tools because they didnt bring their own, and the tried to leave before we could even run the washer to make sure everything is working. would not recommend using this company for anything.
We ordered a washer and dryer from home depot delivered by Cascadia. they delivered the wrong appliances we ordered Maytag they delivered Whirlpool. The delivery drivers were told after bringing the first appliance in that it was the wrong order not to bring in the second appliance they dropped the second appliance refusing to put the appliances back on the truck. We called the distribution center immediately who stated they could not pick up until four days from time of call. It is surprising that a large company like Home Depot deals with a delivery service with such poor customer service and such poor reviews. Will never order through Home Depot again as long as Cascadia is the delivery service
Extremely poor service from an unprofessional and badly trained Cascadia delivery guy. They unpacked my washer out in the rain, broke the seal that specifically says don't break until installed. He raised his voice to me while in my home and while attempting to argue why he shouldn't complete the service and do his job properly. Rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. I will not shop at Home Depot in future as long as Cascadia is part of the delivery service.
