Units are a good size, resident manager failed to address the constant thumping and stomping on the floor from the next door unit, typically would start around 10 PM . Would not recommend renting in this building unless you are very low income and have no other choice. After many requests to stop the noisy neighbors, no results. Do not rent here

I give five stars. Corina the on site manager was awesome she was very personable and helpful and efficient with booking viewing and applying for a suite at Burnside. I loved the suite and the rental rate and terms are very reasonable and having to get insurance for your suite is a smart move and should be a part of your rental expenses, that a tenant should always gets Insurance on there suite and contents. I did not get the suite unfortunately. I was hopeful but as there were other applications ahead of mine I knew my chances were not that good. The process that is used is very fair so I can not complain. Thank you. Hazel Rolfe
Old building but spacious apartments with bright skylight at the best location . Happy to be living here
