Grandma lives there. It’s very safe and quiet. The facilities are dated, the place could use some upgrades but it is a decent place for her to live. Close to everything.

I find the park has really improved over the last few years. New owners are investing in the maintenance and repairs and individual unit owners have a newfound level of pride in their homes. Pad rents are creeping dangerously high though.

Appears to be a well run mobile trailer park. They have a clubhouse, access to a small book exchange as well as a swimming pool which is open to residents and their guests in the summer months.
