This little boxing gym is more like a hidden boxing gem! The trainers are amazing, the work outs are awesome and leave ya feeling a sense of accomplishment! Best gym I've ever been to.

I had the best work out with the best coach and teacher. The coaches are so down to earth and they have amazing people and customer care skills. The staff work with clients at any level. I went in for the first time never had boxing training. I learnt a lot and it was fun overall. I would encourage anyone looking for a great work out in an amazing community of people to definitely go to this place for sure .
Been coming to Box2Fit for approx. 6 months now.....and workouts are still intense and never boring. Frankie has created a nice environment where everyone feels welcome...i even got my 12 year old daughter to join. You should definitely try it out! Great value.

I can't say enough great things about Box 2 Fit and how welcoming this gym is for any fitness level you may be at. Both my 12 year old son and I have been with Box 2 Fit for 1 1/2 years. Boxing has not only helped us physically but mentally too. Frankie makes you feel so comfortable and supported each and every time, showing you the fundamentals and strategic side of boxing. If you want to be challenged while having a fun time, this is the place!
